Pros

A.M. part-time, easy work, rotate between different stores, opportunity for advancement, work with your schedule. Most team leads are laid back.

Cons

inconsistent scheduling, nepotism, poor workload distribution. Some coworkers coast along and waste time unnecessarily. Supplies for the job are not always available at some stores
