Pros

Great benefits, strong management structure, aggressive pay structure at all levels, management cares about their employees, the work is fun, the relationships with my co-workers and the stores, and of course promotion opportunities are abound if you work hard.

Cons

At times you will put in long hours to meet the needs of the customer, but this comes with any 3rd party merchandising company role you play. Other than that I love this place!

None that I can think of.

Cons

Unorganized. Dishonest about hours. Nobody to hold accountable, as no boss. Twice in one day I drove an hour from home, as instructed, to find there was no work for me.
