Pros

Pros- pretty much can pick your own schedule as long as project is done by due date. Management will help for any question.

Cons

Been 3 years now raise They have lost more contracts than gained since buying out TNG. I went from 20 hours a week to 4. No updates by company when a contract is lost. Definitely not worth the wear and tear on your car.

You get the weekend off

Cons

You don't get raises. They have thing call black-out and during that time period you're off from work sometimes for a whole week and you don't get paid. So your income doesn't add up to what you're supposed to be making.

Cons

Upper management has no clue - runs business off of spreadsheets, does not care about anyone outside of corporate office. Constantly added on work, and no additional time or compensation. Gets rid of field workers but can add on multiple upper managers.
