Pros

For the most part you make your own schedule. Work independently.

Cons

Low hours. A lot of driving and not that great of reimbursement for the driving. Low pay and in the 4 years I worked for the company I got one raise of .30 cents.

Contract work, get out early with full pay. Laid back, work at your own pace.

Cons

Organization, accountability, safety. Payments are usually off due to traveling although easily fixed. Not much teamwork, but you'll have a big team. No knowledge passed down, expect to learn together. Hands on
