super-micro managed. I think having teams meetings makes them feel important or something, we had WAY WAY WAY too many teams meetings! Most of the time it was "how can we get more applicants" the simple answer was PAY A DECENT WAGE. The ad's they put out also stressed 'no weekends' and that was a flat out lie, we we're instructed to tell them in int. that there would be weekends... wonder why applicants don't turn into hires?? Was also told to wear SAS shirt & nametag in the staff teams meeting when everyone already knows everyones name? Also all us recruiters would have to be on the new hire teams thing, WHY?! The new hires will NEVER see us again, it's just 4-6 recruiters saying the same exact lame "welcome to the team" or "happy to have you" these new hires don't care. The applicant tracking system they use.. they don't even know how to properly utilize it's functions, I have used that ATS before, and SAS was really backwards and clueless about how to properly use it. Rules were broken just to meet quotas, at managers requests. Just a poorly run bad company!
