Easy job with low expectations, paid travel and hotels

Cons

You need to watch your hours and audit your paycheck often. They do everything they can to not have to pay any overtime. They say paid travel but the first 30 miles and 1/2 hour aren't paid, also they will rarely allow a 80 hour pay period so all overtime is taken. There are MANY lawsuits for non payment of travel and overtime and wages not paid.

Night Shifts. 4 days a week Can get lots of hours most the time Easy job

Cons

Some days you have to stay VERY LONG UNORGANIZED Poor poor training Team Leads are not trained properly and I haven't met one adequate one yet. In fact the opposite. WAY to many temp workers Poor poor management Little care for employees in the field Overworked, Negative, rude and immature supervisor. Better management would improve this place tremendously!!!!

Loved my job when I got to work independently but supervisor and leads are complete idiots. Micro managers who love telling you what to do (after you have been there almost a year and half and know what to do better than them. Frustrating

Cons

Idiots that are lazy and they all are drama queens like ternagers
