      Pros

      Flexibility is decent and you definitely have time at the end of your day to do what you want. Easy work as long as you pay attention to details and do what plans are given to you.

      Cons

      Good supervisors are hard to come by. The company pretty much hires anyone these days. Overloaded cycles and staff no showing up is difficult but really it’s on HR and recruiters to select the right candidates. Needs more work for selecting employees.

      Good Short Term Disability program

      Cons

      Low pay compared to other Industry Retail Sales Reps( ie Beverage, Snacks,). Mileage reimbursement is a joke. Every job task is priority number 1. Forget about advancements in smaller markets there is none. Pay disparity!
