- You are compensated for travel time

Cons

- Expected to start at 6am with a typical travel time of close to an hour for most stores meaning leaving around 5am and for most people that means getting up at 4 something in the morning - No flexibility on start times, starting at 6am is their only shift - Low pay, around $13 or $14 per hour, and managers of your group only get paid a dollar or two more per hour - Because of the two points above, they have trouble keeping people that aren't desperate for money so people are constantly coming and leaving, and not showing up for work. Management tolerates it though because they are desperate for anyone willing to work their weird hours. - Talking to your coworkers here can be really depressing because like I said they are often in a tough place in life and just trying to get by to the best of their abilities, often having lots of financial troubles because they aren't paid well enough.
