Pros

Work isn’t that hard to do if you know retail.

Cons

HR and supervisors won’t go to bat for you if the store you’re working in has a complaint about you. Before I was dismissed, I was “suspended” for a total of 3 weeks without pay. They asked for another background check which I passed but it took 3 weeks to receive word. Ultimately I was let go because one of the stores I visited had a “problem” with me working there. When I asked which store and what the “problem” was so I could respond, they told me that there was no explaining.

Good team; Regular work and payment; Mileage paid over a certain distance.

Cons

Minimum wage; No bonus. No paid days off. Very repetitive. Little advancement potential.

Unorganized, indecisive hot mess of a company! Not sure how they have stayed in business! Managers are overloaded with stores. Projects can’t be completed on time. My company was bought by them and we all hate it! Moving on!
