Pros

Pros: - Copay insurance (which they cover in very little detail) - A cafeteria (in case you want to eat in) [Not sure if it's anywhere else besides the headquarters] - Accepts fresh graduates.

Cons

Cons: - No room for growth really and several "bosses" which don't really cooperate as a team. They'll typically blame you for a mistake and you just have to take their discourtesy. - You'll be talking to a lot of higher ups at very minimal pay.

Pros

Flexibility on your work schedule. Need to be available to your employees nearly 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Not required to be out in stores 5 days a week.

Cons

All your employees are part time. Huge employee turnover rate. High demand from upper management. Not enough employees to complete projects in region.
