Pros

A variety of different tasks daily so it stays interesting.

Cons

Hard to know exactly how much work to put in as each daily store assignment has so many tasks that could be done for each customers marketing needs.

Pros

Monday through Thursday Meet good people. I’ve made friends that I still talk to.

Cons

Management is horrible. Says one thing than switches up what they said. Like saying we can clock out for the end of the day if we leave early. Than writing you up when you do so. Pay is horrible, I got promoted to supervisor and never got a pay raise or back pay. They kept promising it and nothing would change. Kept someone on who was sexually harassing women. Only put out a mandatory sexual harassment video that we had to fight to get paid for. Not much room for advancement. Only reason I advanced is because the original supervisor left. No one trains you. Even with the supervisor job. They just stick you with someone else and hope you get it.
