Pros

For a retail centric industry, the schedule cannot be beat. No weekends, no nights, no holidays. Work should be simple

Cons

No competitive recruitment for field staff No Training on Corp. Standards Need to wear multiple hats, merchandiser, lead, supervisor, & recruiter for less then quality pay

Pros

Meeting so many people that are happy to work and enjoy their job.

Cons

Being an island person. Many people feel they are alone in this job. Nobody gets to meet the other employees. Many ask if there can be gatherings every once in awhile. Just so they can meet others that do the same thing as they do. Share experiences.

Pros

You have work if you like re doing something 6 times over. They will hire literally anyone.

Cons

No organization throughout the company whatsoever. Terrible communication and planning by leads and management. Terrible coordination between the company and the stores they are working at. Very bad employee retention. You don't know where you will work until 3 days before your shift. No performance standards.
