I like working here, but it's not enough to live off of

Pros

Great people, comfortable shoes, and has the best customers in the world that we service.

Cons

The pay isn't great. I've worked for this company for several years and have only received a .50 cent raise. A Lot of changes have been going on in management lately, with most of the decisions being made not panning out so well for them.

Pros

Fun activities throughout year for employees.. Casual attire everyday. Company garden for employees is a nice perk.

Cons

Very old school. Behind times on technology, family life balance, wages. No real training opportunities or promotional opportunities. Favoritism rules and there are no real performance metrics. Raises are biased and go to upper management. No real retirement. Complainers are blacklisted.

Our company garden and our casual work attire are definitely two favorites among our employees. At SAS, we work hard to keep the lines of communication open between members of our Executive Management team, salary and hourly employees. We realize there is always room for growth, and we meet regularly to review our business practices, address training needed, identify processes that can use improvement and assess our employee benefits package, in order to foster a healthy company morale.

Pros

2 free pairs of shoes each year

Cons

They are racist, they support trump, your lucky if you get a raise after years and years and if you get a raise you will only get a few cents raise. They want you to work a lot of hours but the pay is terrible. Shoes are expensive and only old people buy them if they can even afford them. Everyone gossips and management is very toxic.
