Want to laugh about disorganization, lack of accountability, lack of respect and caring, lack of support, DMs who can't manage a store or make sure staffs are getting support and never return emails, stores going unfilled and unable to keep people, the lack of communication from the home office. Want to laugh, then work there. This place hasn't a clue on how to be effective and people are fleeing the company left and right.... there's a reason, and it's not because they want to leave but because this place has lost the mind ! Remodel stores with crap materials and paint jobs that my kid could have done a better job. They waste money on the stupid things and meanwhile employees make 8 or 9 an hour and yet hasn't received raising in 4 years. They dont care and if you read a review a out how great this place is then, its posted from from someone is being paid to make the company sound good, but never met anyone who likes it there.
