Toxic environment. Cliques and buddy system. Rarely was anyone ever promoted for actually being the best at their craft. If your out of the top managers clique you will never amount to anything at this place.

Shady behavior towards employees from upper management, backdoor operations at the expense of employees, you are constantly reminded that you are disposable, if you're not sucking up to upper management, then your job is at risk, safety is only for show. They encourage short-cuts at the expense of employees, safety training is a joke, you will never advance or receive a raise unless you are at the project manager level and above.
