Pros

I don't really have any pros. They really want to establish a people first company, but that is not reflected in how the CEO treats his employees.

Cons

In my interview, the manager asked me not to read the Glassdoor reviews, because it wasn't a true reflection of the company. After working there, I would have to disagree. The CEO likes to have control over every project. To the point that nothing is accomplished or can move forward without his 100% approval. However, his mood changes like the wind. Something that HE approved several weeks ago will suddenly be trash, and he will demand names of who worked on the project so he can fire them. This is not an exaggeration. I legit heard him say this on multiple conference calls. To my knowledge, he has never actually followed through. However, this does put the team(s) on edge and brings all production to a complete halt. The CEO has established a blame first mentality, and that mentality has bled into upper/lower management.

Pros

Great opportunity to work some very talented individuals. Above average pay scales for management. Opportunity to see first hand how to screw the customer and then convince your employees to feel good about it.

Cons

Those very talented employees... they are not with company long. The turnover at management level and Corporate office is incredible. The level of deception that incurs to convince site level operations they are not operating to a designated budget is amazing. The CEO is a very good at forgetting previous instruction and conversation...many believe he is in need of help to manage bi-polar-ism. This company is not ethical, moral, or upstanding. There are so many better options for employees and customers. IF you are a customer considering this company, ask your self if you would prefer the local management team to manage your facility, or spend their time managing a website.

Pros

Good pay, good co-workers with great ideas, and the company has lots of market opportunity if they can find a way to support the great people they hire.

Cons

Really struggling with top leadership (CEO) involvement in key projects. He gets in the way more than he supports or leads. This runs off so many good, smart people who, if he would just trust and support them, could really help take this company to the next level.
