SBM has a great working environment. It’s a perfect place for people who like working in a fast paced environment and enjoy being challenged. They definitely allow you the opportunity to grow within the company. The leadership team knows how to lead and inspire, they have a great outlook for the company and actually care about their employees. Due to this, it’s clear that you’re doing something important for the company itself. You are able to see the impact you’re having on it and that’s not something that a lot of companies take time to highlight. One of my favorite things about the company is the culture. You have the opportunity to meet everyone within the company through quarterly mixers and events. Overall my experience with the company has been very positive!

Many wonderful coworkers, frequent free lunch and breakfast, beautiful campus.

Cons

Do you enjoy working in the dark, with no instruction to guide your success? Do you like being barked at and hung up on by leadership? Do you and your entire team like to be treated like an expendable commodity, jettisoned at a moment's notice after giving your all? Then SBM is your cup of tea! Seriously - at all costs, do NOT take a job here if you are a self-respecting professional. Team after team, doing the same jobs, are let go and replaced, let go and replaced -- but new warm bodies aren't told of this. Fear and dishonestly reign here, and it will cost you.
