Poor Company needs to be investigated

Pros

I really can't find any. Could be a great company if people are treated properly and not like animals.

Cons

This company is probably the most racist company that exists. To hire majority minorities they have hardly any ethnic minorities in senior leadership. Any company like this that masquerades as diversity supplier should be shutdown. It's only a matter of time before they get shut down for being un ethical. Yet companies like JLL continue to business with a company that has no guiding principles. Worst experience and this after working for great companies for 15 years.

Pros

I got a pretty good salary for living in the area. Met two nice people. Also met very vindictive gossipers too though.

Cons

Like I said, they pride themselves in having high turnover. Meaning, they warn you when you start you may not turn out to be a good fit. If you're smart and have any drive whatsoever you will likely not last. Long time employees (which there are few) will tell you that the CEO is similar to Steve Jobs which is seriously hilarious. Steve Jobs promoted and allowed smart employees to do their job and he looked to them to make a difference. So that's what you get...you get a CEO who thinks he's Steve Jobs reincarnated and a small band of followers telling him what he wants to hear, it's comical. No managers truly care about anyone but themselves because all are afraid of the CEO. Even the other top execs. They will hire someone who is very competent in what they do but will force you to "prove your credibility" over a period of time... Like a year. Why hire great talent if they can't do anything with it?! Doesn't make any sense. The CEO has unrealistic expectations of people and gets so mad that others are so intimidated to restate what they believe they just heard. Atmosphere of fear just doesn't work. And then let's talk about this cleaning company... Exactly what it is. A cleaning company. They are trying to be an innovative software company! I used to work at Microsoft and cry of laughter because they honestly believe these large companies (or any company for that matter) will want this product. There are way too many platforms out there why would anyone want one that no one wants to use! And that is never accurate! As an admin it is also laughable that an exec (my boss) would be so afraid of booking a dinner reservation at the wrong place! In fear the CEO wouldn't approve! This is for real! I wasn't even allowed to book DINNER RESERVATIONS 😂 such a sad and pathetic company thank God I'm out of there. I don't even have time or room to touch on the gossip.
