I have had such a great experience here! HR did a great job onboarding me as a new employee and have been helpful every step of the way. There are many opportunities with SBM and if you have the drive and enthusiasm...you will go far in this company. My manager has been amazing and has been very encouraging and detailed about the expectations of my job... Don't believe everything you read!

Managers only care about certain buildings , not response the problems very fast . Nothing really need to complain about as long as you do your job. A lot of physical ,
