Pros

In my honest opionion there are no pros to working for sbm, unless your part of management.

Cons

Every employee that works for sbm is only allowed to work 30 hours a week minimum. So the company avoids paying mefical benefits.You can only get full time if your management. I have literally seen over 7 supervisors get fired or quit in less then a year at anthem blue cross and blue shield in south portland maine. This companys expectations are ridiculous for the money they offer there employees. They expect you to due 8 hours of work in a 6 hour time frame. If you ever work for this company dont expect to get a raise because i have been there for a year and 4 months now and havent received squat.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Pros

This was the best and worst experience ever. You learn to think on your feet, be creative to sell under funded service to a customer. However, your coworkers are great and everyone wants to win in the beginning

Cons

It's a team theme because everyone wants to win. Unfortunately, that bond turns to a will to survive. I find it interesting that there is a history of disparaging comments over years until recently when it there are several very positive entries. It does look suspicious
