      SBM offers a great salary for corporate employees

      Poor communication, vertical management treats people poorly, they are great salesmen.. promise one thing and never deliver. I was made to feel small by several people, then was told that my role had been eliminated after my direct report had not spoken to me since Oct 5th. If you give your 110%, you get a pat on the head as a "atta girl" Sadly, I still believed they were good people, but when a company shows you their colors believe them. The leaders in the automotive vertical is astronomically terrible. Stay away from this company

      Hold Leaders Accountable

      Pros

      High pay, but this is compensation for high uncertainty and a chaotic environment. Do not be tempted by the salary unless you are in a position to tolerate low job security.

      Cons

      Savage corporate environment where top leadership is rewarded for throwing their subordinates under the bus. Most of these people have very little experience actually doing the work that they oversee, and are barely even able to describe what they're asking for. When a mistake is made, top leadership drills down on mid or low level employees and does not bother to challenge the leader who failed to make a plan, and who did not give their employees any direction.

      Worst experience ever

      They pay on time and some benefits

      Cons

      Too many ti name but it starts from the top. Everyone is on edge here because the owner of the company has crazy expectations and if you do not meet them you will be fired at a moments notice. This leads to a very cut throat work environment where it is everyone for themselves the most toxic work environment I have ever seen.
