Pros

I have been working at SBM for nearly two years now, and I can honestly say that it has been one of the best experiences of my career. The company culture on the marketing team is fantastic, and everyone is so supportive of each other. In addition, the management team is very approachable and always willing to listen to employee feedback. I have learned so much while here, and I feel like I am constantly growing personally and professionally. I highly recommend SBM to anyone looking for a great workplace!

Cons

Although not in my department, the company has undergone several management changes over the past few years, leading to some confusion and uncertainty among employees. While some changes have been positive, others have been disruptive. It can be challenging to keep up with all the changes and new procedures, and frustrating when things constantly change. However, I think the company is moving in the right direction, and I’m excited to see what’s next.”

Pros

Company provides a nice starter package for new hires that include; updated laptops and cell phones along with a lot of nice swag. They work with employees to try to give you any requested vacation or personal days off.

Cons

Although there is plenty of training involved, most of it does not pertain to your specific site therefore renders useless. Salary workers are expected to work 9+ hours per day including weekends if need be. Company promises “bonus” money if you help out on weekends, but NEVER pay up. They do not fill open job positions but expect employees to pick up the hours with no additional pay. They promise pay raises after job performance reviews but they do not follow through. Company offers benefits but employees have to pay out of pocket and they aren’t cheap.

Pros

Some of the people are really great you meet and work with. They get you through the day for the most part since you’re going through it altogether. Pay is good - but they pay you more to alleviate how they treat you.

Cons

Everything. Literally everything about this place. Do not fall into any traps.
