Compensation is below market, and work-life balance is more of a talking point than a reality. The only way to “succeed” here seems to be by consistently putting your personal life on hold—which is often normalized and even celebrated. Leadership lacks consistency and credibility, frequently operating with a “do as I say, not as I do” approach. There’s limited investment in employee development, and support for growth is minimal at best. I would strongly encourage candidates to do their due diligence and consider other opportunities. The current ratings reflect broader, ongoing concerns—not isolated experiences.

Company culture is incredibly toxic. You have ZERO job security regardless of accomplishments. Leadership support is non-existent. No one takes accountability. It’s always someone else’s fault. Leadership chooses short-term gains (layoffs, suspicious reasons for terminations, and demotions/transfers, etc.) at the cost of long term losses. The amount of talent this place is losing, and especially the knowledge that is lost with each termination, far outweighs any perceived gains. Unless the culture changes, this current path is not sustainable.
