Really talented people that keep you coming into work day after day, even after management kicks you down. Life long friends. Free food is cool if you don’t mind gaining a ton of weight.

Cons

Management is constantly overturning because they can’t seem to get it right. They all look out for themselves only and there is no collaboration throughout Corporate. Very cut throat.

Management ( or lack of). No communication. No training for new hires. It is a sink or swim and it felt like they wanted you to sink.

Cons

Their leadership team is all about protecting their behinds and throws everyone under the bus to keep them out of hot water with the owner. They are not accountable, incompetent, big headed and always full of crap. Drama everyday, worse than an episode of the Kardashians. Stay away if you want to be happy.
