There are lots of good people who work in this company.

Cons

By far the most political environment that I have ever worked in. The Company Core Values are printed on their website, but not adhered to or promoted. People are disposable within SBM, there is no company loyalty, and people leave good jobs to be treated terribly. It is a fear based culture. Once they determine that they can dispose of you, they will begin the process. You will not be fired for doing a good job, you will be fired for not doing what they feel is a good job in a dysfunctional environment.

Seriosuly ?. There are millions cons to tells about. Upper Management is brain dead. They have no skills in management, they cant make any decisions. This SBM IT office is going to sink in few months. They have no stability here. They hire people and fire them off in 2 weeks .. Humble request to all Job seekers, never apply to this IT Office in McClellan Park,CA / SBM Management. This Place is literally a JOKE.
