      Pros

      What I enjoy most is working with people who care about helping others (in this case, members). Most days are quite busy, but I can always count on my teammates to lend a hand without judgment. The job comes with a steady paycheck, solid health insurance, and a retirement plan.

      Cons

      Not all interactions with clients are pleasant.

      Pros

      People are curious, forward-looking, and fun to work with. There’s always someone ready to brainstorm and share insights. Competent leadership. Freedom to push boundaries. Strong emphasis on health and well-being, and that energy translates into the work we do. What’s more, the job is meaningful because you open doors to ideas clients didn’t even know were possible.

      Cons

      You have to perform if you want a promotion. Leadership notices who’s contributing and who’s not.
