Thank you for sharing, We’re glad to hear that you found our benefits were to your liking. Providing our Rebels (employees) with offerings that support their well-being, both professionally and personally, remains a priority at SCAN. Though there hasn’t been a merger at SCAN, we have grown and formed new partnerships to further our mission of keeping seniors healthy and independent. That said, SCAN remains a not-for-profit organization deeply committed to the care of older adults, and that commitment remains unchanged. As you’ve since moved on from SCAN, we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

It's a good place for marketing professionals, especially for those starting out. They can learn a lot here because the team is full of experienced people who know what they're doing. The leaders communicate clearly and provide good tools. You get up to speed quickly because the onboarding is done right. PTO, health insurance, and 401(k) are part of a solid benefits package.

Cons

The workload picks up fast during campaign cycles.

Pros

The job requires a lot of collaboration but I always have the room to work independently. Dedicated and skilled marketing teams. Things move quickly. The workplace remains stress-free. Pay is competitive, and the benefits include 401(k), paid sick time, and access to strong internal tools.

Cons

I haven’t dealt with anything that felt unfair or unnecessary.
