Pros

1. You get to work on different things – emails, web, print, social – and there’s room to be creative. 2. They’re big on clarity and SEO, and I’m solving real communication challenges. 3. The benefits are great: plenty of PTO, wellness perks, and 401(k) with a match. 4. Collaborative people who are open to fresh ideas. 5. Leadership actually cares about your growth.

Cons

Some of the approval processes take a while, but that’s just how it goes.

Pros

In my experience SCAN really cares about their members and employees. The contributions to members from all levels are meaningful and purposeful! I have never worked for a company that has such determination and focus.

Cons

Fast growth brings challenges in communication.

Pros

Responsive team leads, easy to reach during shifts. Once trained, you’re given space to handle issues independently. The training itself is well-planned and gives you a solid foundation. Clear expectations, tried and tested processes for most situations. Consistent hours and support.

Cons

High volume and limited flexibility during open enrollment periods.
