Pros

1. The onboarding process was good. 2. Thorough training 3. 11 holidays plus a floating one and a wellness program 4. Healthy work-life balance 5. Positive culture 6. Cross-functional work, which I love 7. No micromanagement but the leadership still checks in and makes sure you’re doing alright

Cons

Sometimes there’s a lot going on at once with several projects and new systems rollouts.

Pros

Working in sales usually means high pressure and poor support, but not here. This company gives you the tools, time, and training to do your job well. I’m out in the community and meeting real people, not just stuck doing cold calls. The team vibe is upbeat without any fake notes, and everyone shares tips instead of competing. The pay is fair, and commissions are real, not just a vague promise. There's also a strong 401(k) match, PTO that adds up quickly, and time off for your birthday, which I’ve never had before.

Cons

It takes time to learn the territory well.

Pros

Good onboarding. Supportive leaders and teammates. The tools are pretty effective once you get used to them. Healthcare coverage, PTO, 401(k), and wellness perks. Consistent hours and reasonable workload.

Cons

The workload ramps up during open enrollment.
