Pros

There are no real pros here. Every employee lives in constant fear of being replaced, watching colleagues get thrown out without hesitation. No one has value in this place.

Cons

- Leadership is cruel, unstable, and unfit to run a company - Decisions are driven by mood swings rather than logic or fairness - Employees are discarded simply because management does not like them - The constant threat of being replaced creates unbearable stress and fear

Pros

The initial training was okay but didn't reflect the real day-to-day.

Cons

The environment was completely driven by call stats and productivity numbers with zero tolerance for flexibility, even during high-stress moments. Management was out of touch and disorganized, often changing protocols without informing the team in time. Front-line staff were expected to absorb the impact of poor planning from upper levels. Feedback was ignored unless it came from someone in leadership's inner circle. It become clear that burnout was the norm here, not the exception.
