      Pros

      The team is incredibly supportive – there’s always someone to help me out if I need guidance. Management encourages ongoing training and professional development. I never have a dull moment, because the work is varied, hands-on, and keeps me sharp. We get great benefits for a nonprofit environment – PTO, holidays, wellness program, 401k match.

      Cons

      Definitely not an easy job – documentation can pile up really fast.

      Easygoing but active enough to get you going

      Pros

      I spend the day helping members understand their plan and answering basic questions about coverage or steps they need to take. Steady atmosphere and respectful coworkers that keep things simple. Trust to work independently and handle calls your way. The days move at a good pace without dragging. It’s simple work with enough challenge to keep me alert.

      Cons

      Moving up is possible but takes longer that I expected
