      Strong work-life balance overshadowed by pointless meetings

      Work life balance is strong.

      Cons

      Performative management that sets 1 million meetings where nothing meaningful gets done and is instead used as a chance for them to talk like corporate drones and try to act intelligent. Meetings literally feel like playgrounds for ego performance, a whole lot of nothing is ever said. Corporate drones well versed in corporate jargon though!

      Employees denied holidays and sick leave with no regard for wellbeing

      Pros

      Everybody goes through rigorous training before getting on the job.

      Cons

      The job is extremely stressful, and employees are not even allowed to take holidays. PTO is practically meaningless because management refuses to approve sick days. Employees are forced to see the company doctor just to prove illness before a day off is granted, which is excessive, demeaning, and completely unreasonable.
