Pros

In-depth learning. Company offering different avenues for professional growth. Interesting job, handling grievances and appeals. Feels great to resolve the issues presented to me. Remote setup, bonus, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Pros

Company is in aggressive growth mode, but is having the hard, honest conversations about what is working and what isn’t. I’ve been here for a long time and am so impressed at where we are versus where we are. We used to talk a good game under past leadership, but now we are becoming the company we are supposed to be. Never worked under a leadership team that is so visibly cohesive and aligned. Leadership does a good job of moving on from toxic and low-performing leaders.

Cons

Legacy systems, processes, and mindsets are hard to unravel, but the work is happening to change them. Communicate more clearly and explicitly about personnel changes and why they are happening.
