Pros

There are no real pros here. Every employee lives in constant fear of being replaced, watching colleagues get thrown out without hesitation. No one has value in this place.

Cons

- Leadership is cruel, unstable, and unfit to run a company - Decisions are driven by mood swings rather than logic or fairness - Employees are discarded simply because management does not like them - The constant threat of being replaced creates unbearable stress and fear

Competitive pay combined with healthcare and PTO makes the role stable. Leadership is approachable and gives useful feedback that helps you improve performance. The systems in place are straightforward and make handling accounts easier. Training is detailed enough to get you comfortable quickly, and the team atmosphere encourages sharing knowledge to solve challenges.

Cons

Quarter-end deadlines can require busier and longer hours.

Meaningful projects that impact senior healthcare. Opportunities to influence enterprise-level strategies. The leadership doesn't just pay lip service to innovation - there's real support for fresh ideas. Constantly improving my communication skills thanks to working closely with stakeholders across departments. Healthy work-life balance. Generous benefits package: good PTO, 401k match, wellness perks, and a floating birthday holiday.

Cons
