Pros

Paid time off accrual per pay period

Cons

Does not pay livable wage for the amount of work done. Is very inconsistent with their processes and inefficient at training and teaching. Upper management does not support employees with disabilities, and created a very tense and unapproachable work environment.

In my experience SCAN really cares about their members and employees. The contributions to members from all levels are meaningful and purposeful! I have never worked for a company that has such determination and focus.

Cons

Fast growth brings challenges in communication.

The company invests in its employees because it knows that their growth will lead to better member care. There are ongoing training and professional development opportunities, so you can stay up to date on best practices. The company also takes good care of its staff. It pays them well and offers great benefits, including affordable health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), and PTO.

None. It’s pretty easy to show up every day.
