      Work environment is crazy stressful and toxic!

      The chance to get hired even without previous work experience.

      Cons

      Power trippinh supervisors, insane work pressure, and toxic work environment. The stress was crazy!! I developed different health issues including anxiety! Horrible workplace and experience!

      Fantastic coworkers. Everyone is collaborative and genuinely cares about the members we serve. A place where ideas are valued and solutions are created together. Excellent training resources. This makes it easier to stay informed and deliver the best care for members. Good balance between structure and flexibility.
