      Meaningful mission derailed by poor leadership that should know better.

      Pros

      It's difficult to think about the pro's unfortunately. The mission is the usual draw, and people geniunely join to support and get behind supporting seniors. What happens with leadership unfortunately quickly derails and devalues the mission.

      Cons

      It has to be said, they play with people's lives. Hire you and within weeks they are already looking for someone who could be perceived to be better so planning your exit with your replacement lined up. It's not a one off, and not by just one team. Politics, and the opinion of just one person is the only thing that runs this company. It's a real shame as people truly do want to serve and do good work.

      Busy but plenty of support

      Busy days, always something to do. Strong support and clear communication across teams. Quickly gained confidence thanks to initial training and working closely with my supervisor in my early days. Feels good to make a difference with my work.
