None. It is a constant headache working here.

Cons

Working for SCAN Health Plan brings nothing but ongoing headaches and frustration. Direction at the top is deeply flawed, and that failure creates an unpleasant culture and daily experience. The root of the problem comes from disrespectful and apathetic leaders who continue to drive everything in the wrong direction.

Cons

SCAN Health Plan is dominated by completely apathetic and heartless leaders. Nearly every problem stems from the lack of support and guidance for employees. Managers refuse to teach or help staff and show no concern for anyone’s well-being. Working here is exhausting because the leadership is entirely indifferent and neglectful.

Pros

You will work with some really good people who know what they are doing and might be willing to offer a helping hand.

Cons

Top management is deeply biased and plays favorites without shame. They ignore loyal employees who have worked hard and proven their worth, choosing instead to bring in outsiders who know nothing about the team's struggles. This blatant favoritism destroys morale and creates resentment among those who actually care. There is no future here, no growth, and no respect for dedication.
