Flexible Working Schedule- ability to work from home Vacation Time Benefits Company Events CEO is down to earth and mingles with he employees Christmas parties

Cons

Share Offices Low Pay Schu-ting Star awards- giving out to the same people over and over again. It's all about who you know and not what you do for the company. The company as a whole is good but I would run from the Accounting Department.
