With that being said, we take all abusive customer comments very seriously and will continue to work with our employees to ensure a process is in place if customers become verbally combative. We are continuing to work through the ever growing inflation and ensuring our pay rates are within market. We look forward to our upcoming review and merit process to review rates each year.
