Pros

Over time is always available

Cons

The pay is not great for what we have to do. Their are about 4 systems we have to know and deal with nothing but people with dui’s. You can imagine how hostile clients can be. One even told me to kill myself. Finally they are allowing people to move around the company BUT the pay is the same. Pay is something they seem to not care about. The just merge with another company and their start up pay is more than ours. You would think they would increase ours. And of course we are constantly understaff.

With that being said, we take all abusive customer comments very seriously and will continue to work with our employees to ensure a process is in place if customers become verbally combative. We are continuing to work through the ever growing inflation and ensuring our pay rates are within market. We look forward to our upcoming review and merit process to review rates each year.
