Pros

SCS is an imperfect organization that is mission driven from the top. Loyalty and longevity are rewarded, but it takes time, blood, sweat, and tears. There is increased commitment to retention.

Cons

SCS is a company that will work in the short-mid term as a stepping stone for those who do not want to endure the growing pains of medium size company. Shifting and unclear leadership strategies create a high amount of downward pressure on middle management and operations. The company is behind the curve on IT advancement and business management systems. Lack of management support stifles growth potential. Effective HR department is chronic issue. Promotions take time. Managers often lack needed support to be effective in job.

- Meaningful work - Intelligent colleagues - Remote work

Cons

- Power hungry egotistical leaders - Shortcuts are constantly being made for economic reasons - HR staff are robotic and do not care about employees - Some of the larger programs have become less meaningful and are headed towards greenwashing - Do not support people with disabilities - Pay does not align with expected work outputs

Great potential but the top management needs an overhaul

Pros

Smart and passionate team, great work life balance , diverse clientele, awesome office location

Cons

CEO has a Donald Trump like attitude and the creates a very toxic atmosphere. There is no diversity in the top management. No clear career path. This is a company with great potential but it is ruined by the way it is being managed
