You would expect this to be an inspiring place to work and a reflection of the sustainable future that most people there are committed to creating but instead it is a miserable drab work environment, very conventional, that takes advantage of smart, innovative, highly educated, and mission oriented employees until their idealism and enthusiasm for making the world a better place is slowly drained away and they leave to find other opportunities to make an impact.

Programs deal in many different sectors and industries which keeps it very interesting. Mission based work with colleagues who care. Decent benefits and basic workplace wellness programs in place. Relaxed professional office atmosphere. Decent enough pay. Opportunities for learning and mentorship.

Cons

Service areas are siloed, creating divisions in programs that otherwise could be more comprehensive and integral in scope. Company is lacking overall unified strategy for service, innovation, and branding and employees often caught between upper management conflicts.
