Pros

Work from home(post-pandemic), insurance is standard

Cons

No retirement matching, maximum of $2000 reimbursement for certification/training, poor internal career development, very little manager engagement, poor compensation, and no employee benefits packages. The most frustrating is they will tell you that you have the option for mobility and the chance to work on different projects and develop skills in different areas but this was never true even when asking. I can go on further but outsourcing jobs seems to be new common practice. I understand this is a time of companies preparing for an economic downturn but that does not negate everything above.
