Pros

It is a stable company so far. No layoff, no outsourcing. There are some UI outsourcing, but will not affect local employee.

Cons

It is the worst company I have been worked with. The management is rude, no care, no respect aout employee at all. 50% developer left in last year.

If i had to choose a pro for working here I would say that it is close to home

Cons

The are a total sham. They have no consideration for there employees. They treat us like the inmates that we service. Extreme Micromanaged no real defined process on how to manage proejcts. We are just making them up as they go.

The ground level, working employees are some of the best and most giving people I have ever met.

Cons

Management, Sales, Technical Operations, Marketing and Finance, all need new clear blood. All the way up to the VPs.
