Best reasons to work at Securus is for the fellow co workers. Everyone is always readily to assist.

Cons

Management needs to take leadership classes. The are literally belligerent and threatening in all communication. They need to gain trust in their employees and treat them with respect at all times.

bonuses to all salaried employees, technology advancements, nice people

Cons

low employee morale, low salaries and poor merit program, no cost of living adjustments, high benefit cost and it keeps rising higher than raises, upper management is disconnected, minimal raises when promoted, pay people outside company more then an internal promotion
