Cons

Implant only cares about bottom line and potential sale or going public. Will cut all bonus at the drop of a hat. Will never remove management even if an entire department has 100% turn over in a year

None! Worst company I ever worked for!

Cons

Management sucks! HR lies and does nothing with complaints, allows managers to retaliate without doing anything. Work you like a dog and never rises or little to nothing. WOKE company! Stay away! They can not even get the parts to repair equipment but expect you fix their products. Remote position but when you work remotely they say you falsely add time! They do not write you up or give warnings just fire you! Again STAY AWAY FAR AWAY!
