it is terrible company to work with

Pros

It is a stable company so far. No layoff, no outsourcing. There are some UI outsourcing, but will not affect local employee.

Cons

It is the worst company I have been worked with. The management is rude, no care, no respect aout employee at all. 50% developer left in last year.

Pros

If i had to choose a pro for working here I would say that it is close to home

Cons

The are a total sham. They have no consideration for there employees. They treat us like the inmates that we service. Extreme Micromanaged no real defined process on how to manage proejcts. We are just making them up as they go.

Pros

Some nice people but management is unprofessional to say the least.

Cons

Many of these reviews are fake and that is the culture of this company. Lie, lie and lawyer up. Thinking of leaving as I cannot take the racist overtones and the nonstop working overtime and games.
