Other Employees were very nice

Management had little direction. Too much busy work, little innovation. No room for advancement. had a boss there who once told me it made her day when people cried because of something she said to them. That is not a great environment to work in

some very nice people working there

their senior management, specifically on the sales side, was clueless when it came to the area I worked within. Very sleazy; several promises regarding compensation didn't come through...for several people. I could write at length about many other issues, but don't have time or space.

Members of the HR Department are involved in inappropriate relationships with others in the company. They create and spread gossip, share confidential and unverified/untrue information about associates. The also share this information, regardless if the information has been confirmed or verified, with Executives who then make decisions based on this information. This has negatively affected the lives of many talented associates and has created an untrusting workforce.
