Pros

- friendly and open culture, close knit team - growing company and interesting work - career development is a major focus and priority for managers - freedom to take on a lot of responsibilities and wear a lot of hats - great environment to learn a tremendous amount from very talented people

Cons

- the ambition to get a lot done doesn't always match a realistic timeline of project deadlines - road maps need to be revised and more accurate so we don't stretch our resources too thin

Pros

It's constantly challenging yet exciting at the same time. I've been with the company for 5+ years and have seen it undergo a lot of change, which at times has been very difficult but successful given the quality of people that work here. Also, almost each and every employee sees their colleague as a close friend of their so we all not only work together, but go out and grab drinks/dinner and participate in a lot of social outings.

Cons

If you cannot adapt to a constantly growing and changing company, this could be a difficult place to work at. Also, hours could be long depending on the team at Novus so this should come as no surprise. If you're looking for a 9-5 job, this is not the right place.

If you search out the right people (there is one or two there), you can learn a thing or two. But be careful because most of the people there have toxic habits and make poor decisions.
