TA Leadership could not be better. Courtney was super transparent and available throughout the interview process. Donna has been incredible with sharing valuable insights on the organization Onboarding itself has been clear, easy and enjoyable

Pros

Very high pay. Glamourous travel opportunities. Driven and intelligent coworkers. Great for someone who is ready to put work as #1 priority and who's biggest motivator is money.

Cons

Inexperienced, unorganized and stressed-out sales team. Culture of burnout is strong: your coworkers regularly work into the evenings and during PTO. You work a lot with gambling and online lending companies.

Great business outlook, people are generally nice and great to work with.

Cons

Inexperienced founders that don't know what they're asking for, and who keep changing priorities. The CRO/President of GTM is toxic and it is recommended to stay away. He is the de facto CEO of the company.
